Personal data is kept on secure servers with Inovcorp, Lda, with tax identification number 507188365 and headquarters at Rua João de Barros 29B, 1300-319 Lisbon, which offers us adequate security guarantees for protecting personal data against disclosure, loss, misuse, alteration, processing or unauthorised access, as well as against any other form of unlawful processing.
Similarly, when you browse the WEBSITE, we protect your data with encryption, such as Transport Layer Security (TLS, a security protocol that protects internet telecommunications).
Although we take all precautions and care we deem appropriate to protect the personal data you provide and we collect, it's important to be aware that no security system is impregnable.

If the law specifies a specific or mandatory period, the storage period for the data will be that period. In all other cases, personal data will be kept for a maximum of the periods indicated above, which K.T.L. considers sufficient to fulfil the purposes.
Once the retention period has ended, all personal data collected will be deleted.

If you request the erasure of some or all of your personal data, some of the requested services may not be provided to you, and K.T.L. will only store the personal data necessary to meet the legal obligations to which it is bound.
WHEN DO WE COMMUNICATE DATA TO THIRD PARTIES?
K.T.L. may use third parties to provide certain services, such as for maintenance, technical support, marketing, billing, or payment management, and they may have access to some of the personal data, specifically, the data necessary for the contracted purposes.
K.T.L. ensures that the entities that have access to the data are credible and offer high guarantees of protection, and more data than necessary for the provision of the contracted service will never be transmitted to them. K.T.L. remains responsible for the personal data provided.

THIRD PARTY WEBSITES.
The WEBSITE may contain links to other websites which may collect and process your personal data, and such processing is the sole responsibility of the owners of these websites, with K.T.L. having no liability for their policies and/or practices.
Examples of these third parties are Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or Google through the buttons present on the WEBSITE, or Google, through the maps present on the WEBSITE.
DATA TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION.
If data transfers to third countries that do not belong to the European Union could occur, K.T.L. will comply with legal rules, particularly those regarding the suitability of the destination country in relation to personal data protection and the requirements applicable to these transfers. It will not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not offer security and protection guarantees.
MINORS
The WEBSITE is not intended for minors under 16 years of age, so we ask that these minors do not provide us with personal data through the WEBSITE, app, social networks, social media, or emails.
SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA.
