Sonae's offices in Carnaxide now have a new space for their employees. Built by KTL, the "office café" offers a break from the work routine, allowing staff to have lunch, enjoy a coffee, or meet in a more informal setting.

KTL was invited to present the company at IPAM - Marketing Business School, where the institute challenged its students to propose innovative marketing solutions aligned with the Group's business model.

The concept aims to integrate different work styles, designing spaces for more collaborative or introspective functions, as well as for more institutional or informal purposes.

KTL has remodeled the new Michael Kors store at Lisbon Airport.

The expansion of Primark at C.C. Colombo was carried out in several phases so that the store could remain open to the public at all times. It took 14 months of construction with detailed planning to meet deadlines and objectives.

The Primark store at La Vaguada Shopping Center in Madrid has already opened. It is the 8th Primark store built by KTL in Spain and the 15th in the Iberian Peninsula.

KTL has been chosen for the comprehensive renovation of the "Duty free" store in Terminal 2 of Lisbon Airport. With approximately 1100m2 of retail space, the new concept retains the innovative and contemporary character typical of these stores.

KTL has already started the project at Continente Bom Dia in Sesimbra. The works include remodeling the parking lot, fish market, delicatessen, butcher shop, and bakery, waterproofing the roof, and partially changing infrastructures.

We are currently working on the METT Hotel in Estepona. Over the next two months, we will renovate meeting rooms, access points, restroom facilities, decorative elements and finishes, and infrastructure.

In the CO. LAB project at Continente Amadora, the use of light-colored materials enhances the brightness of the entrance area and access corridors.

On May 11th, we brought together the two construction companies of the KTL Group for a celebration in Campomaior, commemorating 26 years of activity. Over 90 employees attended, starting the day with a visit to the Coffee Science Center.

KTL has remodeled the lobby of the Holiday Inn Continental Hotel in Lisbon. A concept similar to that already implemented in other hotels of the Group, enhancing diverse environments and spaces.
